Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway Oregon - Globetrotting Diaries

This is the final part of our Oregon Road Trip. The byway passes through central Oregon around the beautiful Cascade mountains. This byway gave us a glimpse of the real natural scenery of Oregon state. The volcanic and glacial landscape is full of  unbelievable diversity. Amazing views with snow capped mountains, magnificent Mt. Bachelor, dozens of crystal clear emerald lakes, the evergreens, the fresh mountain streams, the peaceful atmosphere and beauty of calm, sweet & relaxing mysterious silence! Every corner was screaming silently the nature's abundant beauty.

Road Trip - Along the Colorado River - Globetrotting Diaries

In May this year we set off on wonderful short road trip in Oregon: Portland - Crater Lake - Redmond - La Grande - Portland.

This week I am sharing our drive from Redmond to La Grande, I must say that Oregon is such a beautiful state, some of the scenic drives are simply breathtaking. Me and my hubby are extreme nature lovers and we both loved it so much. The road was so amazing, we drove about 100 miles by the side of Colorado! The mountains Here is a glimpse...
