We all know about the numerous health benefits of Yogurt!
It is one of my favorites especially during the Summer season, here is a mild spicy yogurt recipe that goes on very well with any type of barbecue or you can enjoy it whenever you like!
What a great way to balance your Bbq afternoon with something healthy and tasty!
With cooling cucumber and the freshness of mint this one is a perfect Summer treat!

Ingredients:
Yogurt 2 Cups (Checkout the recipe for homemade health yogurt, link at the end of this post)
Grated Cucumber 1 Medium
Cumin Powder - 1/3 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/3 tsp
Salt - to Taste
Mint - 1/2 tsp dry or 1 Tbsp Fresh
Coriander Leaves - to Garnish
Extra Virgin Olive oil (optional) - Drizzle to Garnish
Method:
1. Mix grated cucumber and yogurt, mix well.
2. Add the dry powders and salt.
3. Mix in the Mint.
4. Garnish with extra virgin olive oil and coriander.
