Mint & Tomato Chutney
Ingredients:
1 Cup Chopped Mint Leaves
1 Small Tomato - Chopped
2 Tbsp Cilantro Leaves
1 Green Chili
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Sugar
Salt to Taste
Method:
Mix everything together and grind in the mixer till smooth. Serve with any Spicy snack! Enjoy!
You're back! Food involving cilantro is something I like, I bet this goes perfectly with fish out of the oven.
