Mint & Tomato Chutney

Mint & Tomato Chutney


Ingredients:

1 Cup Chopped Mint Leaves
1 Small Tomato - Chopped
2 Tbsp Cilantro Leaves
1 Green Chili
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Sugar
Salt to Taste 

Method:

Mix everything together and grind in the mixer till smooth. Serve with any Spicy snack! Enjoy!

  1. You're back! Food involving cilantro is something I like, I bet this goes perfectly with fish out of the oven.

    1. Hi Marieken! It goes well with anything, you can add more chilies if you like it more spicy!!!
      ...So sweet of you to notice I was MIA for a bit:) Looks like my shop will take some more time to re open, so I was a bit demotivated for a while, but now I am back!

    I'm not a huge fan of mint leaves or cilantro, but I do like it in small amounts. This looks like a recipe to try for sure.
